Current Inspection

The Inspection Team have just started a new Inspection. We are inspection Cyclical Maintenance.

Cyclical Maintenance is work that is done to the outside of the property.

If you would like to be a Tenant Inspector you will have to wait until the next new inspection starts but please get in touch and we can contact you when the time comes.

The same team of inspectors needs to be involved from the start of a new Inspection project right through until the report is published and the recommendations reported to the Council. It does require quite a large commitment but only for a fairly short period of time.
